Fuel pump prime 06

My fuel pump won't prime and I am stumped. The pump is good (bought a new one on eBay and tested it before installation. My relays tested good with a meter. My kill switch tested good with a meter. I jumped out my bas. There are no blown fuses. The pump is not getting voltage. Ground is grounding correctly.

I bought an 05 headlight harness from somebody who said it worked on his 05 and 07. Could this be the problem? I cannot think of anything else. Gauges function like normal, and the mil light does not blink.

I am desperate here guys, please help!!! I would greatly appreciate any advice I can get.

Rather hard to see anything in that picture...

I'm going to take a guess and say that's the plug for the bank angle sensor which resides between the headlights. Your fuel pump will not operate without this plugged in and the sensor installed arrow-up.

The pump will try priming without fuel in the tank when working correctly... though that is not something I would recommend doing too often as the fuel in the tank cools the pump itself.
