I'm not sure how to describe this but when I press the clutch all the way in, and gas it feels like it will keep going. Same for neutral, if I gas it feels like its in gear. Sometimes when i'm at a stop it hard to get out of gear even if the clutch if fully in.
Do it need to bleed the system? Clutch going out? Slave cylinder or master going out?
Start by checking the adjuster position on the lever, you may not be getting enough
travel to fully disengage the clutch sometimes the adjusters get moved for one reason or the other.
If that does not improve anything put some fresh fluid in and bleeding the system,
start with the master and then the slave. If you are still having problems it's probably
time to rebuild the master and slave cylinders.
Sounds like your Clutch Fluid is low. You have a leak somewhere in the system. Either at the banjo bolts or at the slave cylinder. Not a tough or expensive job to rebuild.
I checked the fluid level looks good. Probably needs to be bled but when I pump the clutch level it doesn't make a difference. Seems like the clutch isn't fully disengaging.
Recently changed my fluid on my 04. It was original fluid with 10k on it. Had the same problem until I bled again and then it went away. Clutch feels night and day with new fluid.
If it creeps in gear with the clutch pulled then then I would say you have grooves wore into the basket. I have a 08' so im not 100% sure about the hyd clutch. The grooves in the basket prevent the clutch plates from fully disengaging each other.
So it appears bleeding the clutch did the trick. Thanks for the advise!
