Guys i bought 2013 1000cc with small down on left side after i repaired changed left sides fairing and alternator cover and put enginee back. im getting these on a dash bike start but when i turn handle for more acceleration it shuts down? Please help
on a dash it show : HESD, ABS and check Enginee lights up
Lift the tank and check all connections including battery posts. You should also check the stator wire connection. If they're fine check the voltage coming out of the stator. There is a how to on YouTube.
my friend im not good in english to explain but you start enginee that good. then you spin handle for fuLL power and enginee shuts down like not enough power or gas you understand? i not putted back exhaust it is possible that without exhaust it can not go?
1. Do your blinkers work?
2. Did you remove the exhaust servo? Just removing the exhaust wouldn't throw a code.
3. Are you getting a FI code? If you are, how many blinks?
my friend i try to do video. it not blink i think you start enginee put 1 gear good you turn for more power handle bar and it shuts down. if you not try to run same think it seems like not enough power or gas. but gas full tank.
Considering it is having issues just idling I would check to make sure the IACV is functioning properly and follow the FSM for diagnosing any idle issue.
Yeah I watched the video. Once your bike is warmed up it should idle ~1200 RPM and it should have no problem holding that +- 100 RPM. However, when you first start up a cold bike your idle should be much higher until it warms up. Your bike seems to struggle to stay above 1000 RPM without throttle. This is the first problem I would try and solve.
i found one wire bad connected now it takes all power. only not working good when starts. i think need to correct throttle cable??to turn it harder or release more
You were already told why it doesn't idle good -iacv, there is an adjustment for your base idle but that won't change the fact that it should idle up to 2k rpm when it's cold. The iacv lets air into the engine when the throttle is closed.
where to see about that AicV how to adjust it to run bike smooth? im very happy for your feeback guys but im not english guy hard for me to understand images or videos would help?
THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYONE GUYS!!! BIKE STARTED TO RUN PERFECT. ELECTRIC GUY FOUND THAT BLUE CONNECTOR OF INJECTOR WERE CONNECTED WRONG AS THEY ARE THE SAME .. DAM SO STUPID MISTAKE... BUT IM HAPPY THAT YOU SUPPORTED ME... THANK YOU SO MUCH
