I have a wide Ramp and i lifted my bike in a truck with in easy way..but some time this ramp creat a problem thats its spring does not during lifted the bike..i am very trouble for this reason..any one tell me the reason or help me at this hard situation???

I don't understand what you're asking. Try re-wording what the problem is, or maybe a picture of the ramp would help.

I would use a wider ramp so I could walk next to the bike or ride it up without the fear of falling over. I have an aluminum ramp that's about a foot wide and I always need help loading and unloading the bike. When I go back to the track, I will purchase more ramp so I don't have to rely on anyone else.
