Turbo 05

Just fired up my turbo for the first time,I haven't ridden it yet but I am pretty happy with myself. It is a Cycle Logic kit,I did the install myself and made the exhaust. It fired straight up,so far so good.

some pictures of the install. The pipe straight off the header had to be bent in two directions to clear a mounting bolt and it seemed the only way I could get the waste gate to open the full 18 mm. Each cut is 10 degrees to give a 20 degree bend, about as much as you can go without squaring the pipe to much.It was good fun but.I ended up with 9mm clearance on the bodywork all the way through to the back with about 2mm on the motor side.

It is set at 7lb boost. You don't want to go any higher than that without going inside the motor. If you are going to get one through Dave let me know beforehand.
