call Honda. I had both recalls done in front of my very eyes and they didn't put any stamps. They'll tell you if they're done or not.

P.S. I have a full clutch update kit that I would sell if it has not been done.

Okay, thank you for the info.but they said its done but he is not sure, like does not show where is done and on what date.
Dealer is asking bike to be there to check about the noise and they said they will help me as best they can and that they will have to go back and forward with american honda co.
I told him that honda extended the factory waranty on the crankcase or clutch, there was note somewhere, and its 4 more years.so i would like my bike checked out if something can be done.

Ive got this noise too, when im using gear breaking its pretty bad, but if i take the clutch lever in its no noise at all, Have no idea what it is, ive just got a new clutch but no different, on a 08 blade

I was at the mall today and seen a 08-09 1KRR riding through the lot. Waited till it drove by and heard the same sound on that bike as I did mine... Guess its normal for our model year?

There is 4 year extencion on the crancase waranty from the 1 year factory, so we have total of 5 years waranty on the crancase.
The dealer had printed me paper when my bike was first time sold, when was the clutch recal-update done,(no punch mark) and when i brought it for the clamp hose recal(punch mark for that is there).
So mine was sold in 2009 and has crankcase waranty untill 2014.
Now what he told me that thats noise maybe from the crankcase.
He said procedure is, they make video, they send it to honda,if honda approves, they will make the recal,replace the crankcase or crankshaft.
And i told him, its noise when i deaccelerate in second gear, when rpm goes down from 6000 to 4000, above those rpm range nothing will hapend, no noise when sits,no nosise on acceleration.
So we will see.Wish me luck.

I have a 2010 and it started making that type of noise too. I think it started at 10k miles our less. Took it to Honda and they said that they couldn't hear anything wrong, but to bring it back in if it gets worse. I know I was doing clutch up wheelies that day and I noticed the noise when I slowed down. OH well

Bad news from dealership, something broken in the clutch area, some kind of spring and makes the clutch slip a lot.please God,let it be under waranty.

my clutch was changed and now i start having another noise, probarly a bearing!
