Myself being the manager of many employees I can say that a severely disgruntled employee will do or say some crazy stuff to feel vindicated. Sometimes they make valid points but usually they themselves are the problem. Interesting stuff if they did indeed sell all those bikes with prior knowledge. But hard to prove.

Damn! 9 former employees and a marketing consultant claim the dealership did this?

Unfortuantely, it is not the first time I have seen/heard of a dealer selling a bike without disclosing issues, recall, etc. Some people are just outright crooks.

Who knows what happened here? 10 people are either right or wrong.

There talking about all units!
Sadly, if you falsely mark/neglect a recall or assemble incorrectly, the general consumer would not even know. Later on when the part(s) effected break, it becomes the consumers issue (broken machine or injury) which could have been prevented and they wouldn't even know the dealer was at fault

I bought a new '06 1000rr from Southern and Deano(himself) insisted that he was to ride it 1st...to break in the tires...he rode it up and down the street for 5 min. Does this describe a man w/fear of negligence on the mechanics part?

I bought a 2012 HRC 1KRR just a few months ago from them and know of alot of others that I ride with who also bought there and there are no problems that I know of. I just had my bike at 140 or so coming home but I don't know if I would again right now. Being confident in your bike means everything and I don't know how confident I am right now.
