I honestly don't know .. I man I'm no expert but i don't think the power band changes per gear .. Correct me if I'm wrong

Not at the same rpm across all gears. 1&2 gear run at higher rpm. So lets say you shift from 1st to 2nd at 6000, 2nd to 3rd at 6500 so on and so forth.
