Yes I do know this. They aren't even CBR's. The real Repsol bike in MotoGP is the RC213V. It's only 900cc's if I remember correctly.

I think it's funny you're making the connection to real race bikes. No shit they're different displacement/engine configurations.

The "consumer" repsol has always been the liter bike. It's almost tradition at this point. So, it's kind of like slapping a GT badge on a V6 mustang...

And Brutus, RC213 is 1000cc.

Have no clue wth Honda was thinking in this latest batch.. lets just throw repsol on everything....

I feel like owners esp. of the 600rr are going to have that feel of that ugly girlfriend whose good in bed. You like how she performs but don't want to be seen in public w/ her. I mean good god, it looks more dated than the pre 07' model. I know throwback sh*t is "in" now but f*CK.

And I think it's funny that people are so wound up about pretty plastics. The Repsol edition has never been like a GT Mustang compared to a V6. It's a trim package, nothing more. At least Aprilia and Ducati offer true performance packages. Makes me want to go hug my FACTORY edition in the garage.
