i hate to pay a shop an hours labor for something i have already successfully done (Arata Full Ti on my 2006 r1) and even it wasnt this bad.

I JUST CANT GET ALL 4 TUBES IN THE HOLES AT ONE TIME!!!!! and if i pull the headers one by one and put em on loosely then the effin midpipe wont connect to em

Get a buddy to hold the bike and use your shoulder to push them into place while you do up the nuts. That's how I got my 06 yosh to fit up. Just a little massaging.... Might be easier with 3 people and do it at the join after loosely fitting headers. Just needs a a bit of gentle force.

A few years back I purchased auchmarts plastics for my 05 gsxr 1000 I'm chilled with a buddy who doesn't own a bike or has ever rode one, and I'm putting the plastics on and I'm in my garage at my apt and it starts pouring down rain... These plastics were an absolute bitch to put on I got about half way done then realized I had left the right side mid fairing up stairs on the bed... Along with my phone and house keys... And to top it all off I was out of beer, I couldn't call my wife who was at Walmart and my front door was locked so I decide to borrow my buddies shoes( I was in flip flops) and I shimmied up the storm drain to get to my patio which was a bitch to get to... Aaaaaaand my back door was locked... So all in all I had a great night!! Lol now I keep a spare key in my wallet at all times

Hey man, is your bike an abs model? I bought an akrapovic race line full system used for my bike and it didn't fit. Akrapovic makes a different set up for an abs bike. Don't know if yoshi is the same way. It sucked Sooo bad.

Thanks for ur reply, no it's non abs 2009 sunbeam white...I dunno y this thing won't fit it's really starting to bother me

Always end up having to do that. The worse part is when a buddy who just showed up says "Hmm let me try" and does it first time when you've tried countless times.
