Those decals are from the 2008 model year Limited Edition (LE) model CBR 1000RR (obviously); think only 500 LE units were built and the MSRP pricing was a couple hundred dollars more than a non-LE bike.
Having said that, I'm not sure how easy it would be to source the Limited Edition specific parts - perhaps the dealerships controlled the LE parts similar to the way they control OEM Repsol fairings, etc (where a VIN/proof of ownership *may* be needed?).
I'd say your best bet is to try contacting several of the major OEM parts shops as well as dealerships (I see you're in Malta?) that sell factory OEM Honda parts - some of the popular ones here in the US are Honda East Toledo, Ron Ayers, etc, etc.
Or just hope you come across a set of the decals (or even the entire fairings themselves?) in the classified section...
