06 cbr 1000 free manual

I was wondering if any one new how to get a free manual for my cbr...and I would pay for a video servise manual if any1 knows if they make 1 thank you.

I downloaded it from the site it's free but I forgot where it is so use search button or you can get the service book from eBay for $30.
