Right Side Clip indentification

I removed the lower cowl to change the oil and disconnected the front fairing and this clip showed up? Not sure where it belongs?

Guide for the sensor wire. I would guess that it's usually secured by an engine cover bolt.

Possible it was held in place with the fair screw?? Odd it would be hanging there??

Yes it is suppose to be held on by the engine cover. That is one of the bolts you take out to install LSL sliders. Maybe someone had those on it and took them off and didn't put clip back, or are you the original owner?

One of the clutch cover bolts holds it in place
