just searched...it's 15lbs lighter due to exhaust and wheels. The guy who did the review said it felt much stronger than the zx10. and this was overseas so that's an unrestricted zx10. Damn that BMW is sweet.

Yeah, and the test riders that got paid by Kawasaki said the opposite... LOL

15 lbs is not very impressive IMHO, a lot of pork to be shed from the bike in street trim.

Can save that on our bikes with a megaphone and tune. Then the street beating gets even worse. Only thing beemer is better at is top end.

Haha. Good points. I lost massive weight on my CBR with exhaust, undertail, shoria battery etc. Now I'm well under 400 with empty tank.

Dry weight for 2012 is about 385 dry. Slip on and batt will get it down to around 365-370. I think that's less than the beemer in stock trim. CBR will always be my 1st choice also. Ride safe bro, Rubber down.

So with a lithium battery, a total weight savings of about -20lbs... so it'll be something like 435 lbs, wet weight, same as the zx10r.

I do like the HP4. I like that the akro is street legal, among the many other bells and whistles on the HP4.

hell yes. I have a 2010 but like you said they have some incredible prices on these new trucks right now. congrats on the truck man! nothing like that new vehicle feeling!
