It's all perspective. The more entitled a person is the easier it is to attribute all the "bad" stuff to whoever is not letting them have their way.
Let's change the perspective...

One person can prevent all of the bad things from happening - the RIDER. We had one here a couple of weeks ago where a rider was speeding, got lit up by a LEO, hit the throttle and rammed a car 5 seconds later at the next intersection. The cop never even started the chase, just drove up and started sorting out the carnage.
