Just shit your pants when you pull over. The law enforcement officer probably doesn't want it dripping on him and might let you go. New undies are cheaper than paying the local revenue generators.

This is a joke and your experience may not turn out this way.

Move to California. First time I was there, I was doing 75 in a 65 zone on a highway, about the same as most people... a cop overtakes me two lanes over doing what must have been 85-90... just cruised on past. I even video taped it (damn tourists).
