06 cbr1000rr revs at 3500.

Was at 2500 now I took it out ad its damn near 4 grand:thumbdown:

If this is your idle you probably have a problem with throttle tube, cable or TPS.

Yeaa I turnd the idle screw booth ways and it don't affect the idle any?

With the bike at full operating temp, pull outward on the knob while turning it counter clock wise.

Is that how you did it?

Sounds like the cable may be faulty check the connection at either end as you should definitely get a change in revs when turning the throttle stop screw (idle screw)
