To start or not to start.........

My bikes been in storage now since Nov. 1st.(I have sunny day policy w/ins.co.) I've read on this forum that some of you guys start your bikes periodically thru long term storage and was wondering if I should do the same??? Wouldn't warming her up for a few minutes possibly cause condensation in the oil which would obviously not be good. Keep in mind the air temp around here is 30deg. Feedback appreciated!!

I think its the same with cars, you need to let it run till its good and hot so you dont build H20 and the turn it off

If you're not going to ride it, you are better off not starting it. Assuming it was winterized correctly back in November.

Yeah I winterized it properly, changed oil, fuel stabil, etc.......Thats what i was thinking, just let her sit till its time to bring it out in the spring.

I wouldnt worry about it just keep a bat. tender on it if it sits for a ext. period of time.
