Need help! Turn signals not working!

Hey guys. I'm a new rider. I'm very concerned with the fact that my turn signals don't work. It flashes in the cluster but the lights don't flash. What do you guys think it is?

Wires aren't connected, if they were cut by previous owner,,, bulbs went bad? I've never heard if them going out.....DUH!! Lol I just remembered.... Check your fuses! Lol silly me!!

Check the fuse box under the seat, not sure which one it is, but I have had to replace mine once. Your manual will tell which one it is.

It's the same thing as a car.. Most likely an electrical issue why they are not working. Check the fuses, the wires to see if current is flowing to it. If the cluster is showing it then something it's at least halfway working properly. Better than not working at all

The fuse box will tell you what fuse is what on the outside of the box

Thanks guys. I'll look under the seat. I thought the fuse box was on the left side though? Btw its an 07 cbr1k

Fuse box is behind the left mid - fairing.

there is 2 fuse boxes one under the seat and on the left side fairing, check fuses first, them rip them farings off to check the wires, good luck

According to what I've looked at in the 08 wiring diagram the cluster lights also won't flash if the fuse is blown. Get a multimeter and check for +12V at the connections.

You can d/l a free 08 service manual, complete with wiring diagrams, elsewhere on the forum. The basic wiring is probably the same for other years if you don't have an 08.
