exhaust leak maybe...part 2. whats my issue

ok so finally took all my plastics off my bike to determine if i havs exhaust leak as my mechanic thinks. so heres what i found...if sitting on bike,the farthest left header is loose. i can physicAlly move it in my hand.the bolts connecting it are all tight but that one header moves. i have video but wont let me post it. what do you all think?

bad gasket or one of the "y" welds were the pipes connect may be bad, if not. you have some serious witchcraft going on.

look like there is no gasket,can see space in betwen where it supposed to connect at..heres few pics

But why would have the gaskets have been removed in the 1st place? Did previous owner have aftermarket headers maybe?
