raise the rev limiter with just a re-flash? doubtfull...never heard of it b4...
arent they using any external/parallel ecu like the RapidIII?

you had better make sure that you have at least the intake HRC springs installed before running a motor over the oem rev limit. you WILL float a valve if you dont.

I have an 07 engine on my 05 bike pc3, flappermod, hrc stacks, bmc race sbk slipon and next week im gonna put some work on the head(poorting) this will be my winter project and next year i'll will post some nice 1/4 time, i do only dragrace. I have a famili member that can tune My bike so i'll wait and see

Crank and rod bearing will be resized also Ape tensioner it will be a verry fast bike. Sorry for the bad english

I see no mention of raising the rev limiter......nor HRC valve springs in the engine

Heyy blade now that you said that hmm, you put me to think so i just send them an email and i have ask him to send me an email with all the things they can do when they flashed the ecu.. I though that when they reflashed an ecu that you can do everything with it just like an administrator password...

Ohw and the hrc springs i have them like 2years now. Just have to take them out my blown 05engine

Just advise what you would like the rev limit raised to and we will
endeavour to do that.

I installed a new HRC ecu on my 09 blade last year with a custom dynojet tune.. Without any other engine mods besides hrc velocity stack, bike revs until 14k rpm and has approx 18 rwhp more.. Good stuff

I've tried to read up on the TC settings and how to make them work "OK".

Does anyone have a cfg file that have working TC settings I can take a look at?

there are alot of settings and Im not sure I understand the whole chain of settings that are involved in TC.
I've done some practical tests but cant really tell if its working (try big difference with mode 1/2 and force wheelspinn and front up didnt really make my day any better)

I'm glad for any help in this matter

HRC09, HRC harness, speed sensor on front wheel and uses gearbox speed sensor for rear wheel.
