front blinker idea?

on my bike i have to HB tag bracket wit the led blinkers on it they are very bright, i am going to be relocating the tag and trashing the HB tag bracket. i want to remove my mirrors and i still want turn signals i was thinking about taking the led blinkers from the back and putting them inside the intake tube i think it would look pretty trick and the front is not as important as the back. good idea or no?

well... other then the fact I disagree with the front not being as important as the back.. and disagree with the idea of removing the mirrors on a street bike, and the fact that I dont think most drivers would recognize the intake rams as turn signals, not to mention the lack of side visibility...

yea.... other then all that, great idea.

D'they require turn signals in Florida? Not here in Virginia.

Some states don't require helmets - we don't require signals. lol

Turn signals are not required in any state because you can use hand signals. That's why you can get undertail kits and remove the ugly stock set up. IMO get an integrated tail light with signals in it and just get the mirror block offs.

IMO front turn signals are useless. Most accidents I've heard of are caused by cagers turning left in front of the motorcycle, and no front blinkers are going to stop that. Most drivers assume when they see someones right signal on that they are clear to pullout too. As often as I see guys forget to turn off their turn signal that's just another chance for something bad to happen. I wouldn't lose my mirrors though.

Wrong... They are required in GA if the vehicle came with turn signals originally. In GA you have to have turn signals, headlight, horn, at least one mirror, a tag light, dot tires, and the tag must be clearly visible.

I'm having trouble following this but are you going to block some of the airflow into your intake with turn signals??? Bad idea, if that's the case.
