anybody got a suspension set up guide

Hey I am around 150lbs, just wondering if anyone has a suspension setup guide.

Tell you what I did:

Shock two to or three ramps off SOFTEST spot.

forks add a turn of rebound.

Set your front sag, or try, I ended up screwing the preload adjusters almost all of the way. stock spring is pretty soft

I am 150 pounds.
