Just box it up and take it to the post office. They have you sign the custom form there and just put down that it is a gift. It is anyway. Really easy to do.

pall park price to mail it to Canada. I would guess about $20. That is just a guess though. Just put it in the smallest box you can and keep it light.

If it weighs 3 pounds... which I'm sure it doesn't it would cost 9.45 via USPS. you could ship a box with the following dimensions: Max. length 24", Max. length, height, depth combined 36" for that price if it only weighed 3 pounds.
