LP Sliders Part Problem

I know your busy but I sent you a PM regarding a problem with my sliders. If you could jump ahead to it I would appreciate it. David

what is the problem your having i have the same ones

Both are the same size so I can't get my left fairings on. Or bolt down the slider in the proper position for that matter.

The Left bolt should be longer than the right. I did not have problems.

Both bolts are the same size both brackets are the same size and both sliders are the same size. I definitely think I have a problem. I decided to read the description sheet that came with them and it says under 1K left bracket longer. From what I see the brackets have to be different to space the slider lower from hitting the mid on the left side. Incidentally the the two longer bolts don't make a difference. I'm sure they ship one short and long to save money but the long will work on both sides. However having a short one means you have to put them on properly. Still the correct part number on the package though. Someone just put the set together wrong or the wrong sticker on the packaging. Unfortunately with Brad being closed today and guessing my PM not making it to the emergency list I'll have to wait till Tuesday to find out what to do.

BTW did you get the package yet ?
