Free Google 411 service

Google has had a free 411 service now for a few months but I noticed nobody had posted anything about it. Try it yourself if you are in the USA. 800-466-4411 http://labs.google.com/goog411/

So where does revenue come from? Businesses that list themselves with Google 411?? Google already has the information so I would think it's other ad services are providing them plenty of revenue.

I use google text for information all the time. It works great.

Google 411 doesn't work well with automated menus though. Tried it when calling the local Honda dealer and it didn't work properly.
