If you registered with Kryptonitelock.com like I did, way back in September 04 and you have "Not" yet received your prepaid label,
to return your tubular key style lock, (disc-lock etc.)
then follow these instructions.
First= call 1-877-484-8196 kryptonites volunteer lock dept.
Next= because of thier class action suit, they are now re- registering people. They will delete you in thier old-system
and you need to re-register again. The customer service
rep. informed me that the prepaid label would be sent to
me within 7 days. You have to print it out a.s.a.p.
