I finally got to take off for a week and go do some Mtn riding. The morning I was to leave I was late and had to pick up my buddy then meet the people we were to go riding with. In a rush to meet the other people we were to follow I rushed my buddy and we left SC without his riding boots. SOL and it's my fault totally. On the way up we were to meet a few other riders at a local bar called Margaritaville by a lake in NC. About an hour after we left SC my friend realizes that in all my rushing him to get ready he had left his boots at home. So we figured we would just go to Wal-mart and buy a cheap pair of boots to cover his ankles. As we got into Ashville NC I got an idea to call Brad @ Superbike and see where he was located. Unfortunatly we had already passed up his shop. He had 3 other calls on hold and said he would call back in 5 min. 3 min later he called me back and tried to give me directions to other shops in the area I was in. I was in my truck towing the bikes and trying to keep up with the bikes in the front of this gaggle. Meanwhile Brad is trying to give me directions to the shops in the area up in Ashville then Johnson City TN. He also said my friend could borrow his boots if he wanted. I called Brad hoping we could go to his shop and buy a pair of boots. Obviously we had already passed it and could not get there without back tracking. The thing is, he was trying to give us directions to other shops, offered to loan my buddy his boots and called me back while he was very busy. This I appreaceate, and know where ALL my business will go. My friends rides a GXR-750. After sitting in my truck and listening to my 30-45 minute conversation with Brad, he has decieded to order his parts from him as well. Folks this is what not only customer satifaction is about, but also taking care of your fellow rider. I could walk right into the guy and not know who he is but he still helped us like he knew us from Jr High. I know he does it for a living but, it's obvious he does it because he loves to ride and take care of other riders!

With just the few conversations I've had with him (yes, I placed orders too), I can agree and say he is a personable person. It's definitely something to appreciate in todays world. I'm a believer of small business and go out of my way to work with vendors that deal in my hobby areas. I look forward to future conversations and orders with him... and vendors like him. Keep up the good work Brad and I hope we're providing good business for you. And for the record... I'm delaying my business trips to NC this year, to prevent seeking him out and offering my credit card as a sacrifice. :D

thank you for your comments. i hope you guys had a blast doing some canyon carving. there are alot of companies out there today that tend to forget they are talking to another PERSON on the other end of the phone. they view it as just another sale. thats the main reason why i got into this business. low prices means nothing if the customer service inst there to back it up. i try to do my best to find a customer what they are looking for. if the situation warrants sending you to another vendor to find what your looking for then i will do that. i have been in your situation before. if it means loaning my boots out to someone so they will be protected while riding ill do it in a heartbeat. brad
