Nice. I put mine on last night, but have not done the reservoir yet. Been wondering how to attach it. Looks like maybe you used the original footrest bolts to hold on a small metal bracket to slip the hose clamp under.
I don't trust that flimsy POS kickstand. I used a rope and comealong to lift up the rear. Gave me a chance to pull all the swingarm bearings and repack with synthetic grease, and clean things up.
The shock was really easy to install. I hope adjusting preload is not a total PITA>
Penske is a really good shock. I gave up on Fox, tired of having them revalved.

I only lifted the bike a few inches..
I pulled the battery out and made 2 small slits in the plastic and slid the clamps in and out..if I didnt have my plate mounted where it is I could of put it over there..I dont have the rear pegs on..

Ahh, got it together and out for a ride. Still steers a bit slow, but there is a definite improvement with the shock set up about 5mm longer than stock. Will ride it this way for awhile. I did the same thing.. drilled some holes in a line in the battery box and slipped the hose clamp through. nice neat install

one question, how stable is the bike when you pivot it like that to get the swimgarm unloaded?....it looks ultra scary..like the bike could fall anytime...

it was fine..I put the stand down and push the bike up 2 inches just enough so the rear tire is off the ground..it didnt budge at all..I tested it before doing it,its takes alot of height to make the bike tip over..
its alot easyer and faster then hanging the bikes from tie downs from a garage beam..
