Exhaust valve mod?

Has anyone tried simply locking open the exhaust valve? I would think this and a pc with a map for a slipon might work.

only operates at low rpm, not sure what the point would be, it just gives more low end grunt.. Which is nice to have. If you are rding the bike hard the valve is wide open anyway.
