Moving down to Orlando,FL

Im getting out of the Marine Corps and moving down to Orlando.I'm Looking for any riders to chill and ride with that can show me around. Also wouldn't mind knowing some good (not ghetto) places to live i would appropriate the inquiries.

Might as well stretch out your bike to fit in over there.

Lots of areas in and around Orlando that are not ghetto, and defiantly a few to stay away from
I guess it just depends on what you want to be close to

Ignore this troll. I have a 2012 CBR 1000rr stock and feel just fine in Orlando. P.S - I used to live in Norcal and could probably carve the hillside 10x better than you Brutus .. I can smell that cali elitism from a mile away.

Congrats. Look into the downtown area around Lake Eola :
> Thorton Park
> Lake Eola Heights
> South Eola
> Colonial Town North/South
.. The hood is on the otherside of I4 from this area .. don't try to live over there.

Also, college park/winter park/baldwin park are nice.

If you're young, you'll maybe want to be near lake eola as the party/bar scene there is great. Other than that, its an incredibly quiet area off the main strip (Orange Ave.). I will be honest, there aren't many amazing roads I've found just yet. However, I hear Clermont has some nice riding. Definitely doesn't compare to Northern Calif. where I was for a while but the difference in cost of living/taxes makes up for it.

Cheers mate !

I started riding in the south and everybody had nothing but stretched out bikes and most of them 'busas. Nothing to do but drag race because there is nothing but straight roads over there. You might be able to carve the twisters but I guarantee you that I can shoot any gun in my hands expert style.

Last time I checked, Florida is as south as you can get geographically in the CONUS.
