YEAH they are in Sarasota Fla. The only think I can do is call the police in that town and report it as stolen funds or maybe fraud.
It sux I know that I want to start working on this motor and he is holding me up. Not to metion with all this going on it makes me wonder if the parts are what he says they are for

Do you have their address? Report them to police for fraud and tell them they you will send them IRS for covering up money!

Yeah I was wanting to press charges through the police there. BUt I did nt know if they would do anything since I am not in that state. But I wouldnt buy anything from them there was another guy that was having problems getting a Turbo from them , but I think he got his deal finally done. It sure sux ass . I mean its just like the stole from me personally ya know?

This is what I would do. First go through your bank. Have them refund money and tell them that u never received parts. Then they will take back money from them. They will debit it back. Or go after them. The money will be back in your account. Case closed.
