I like you i think you smart... until I read the second paragraph. But let me comment on the first one... I believe it was wednesday (Dec 5th)...and I didn't get the phone up until that day (Dec 9th) after I took the battery out to show the water indicator on the battery) Once I put the battery back in the standby light blink... my phone can only hold up with charger on other than that it'll die.

So... about sending him a pm, I actually thought about that but I was under the impression that he wont need it till March...however I was going to send it to him the next day which was monday (dispute was on sunday).

This is when you make a fool of yourself....what are you talking about? Some ppl here been a member for 3+ years with less than 200 or 300 post but actually have more of positive reviews than some noob that just try to look hardcore or smart or talking about how many girls turns their heads around just because they were on their bike.... but cant even change their own oil and try to make an excuse that "I don't want to change it, I'll leave it to a certified mechanics at the dealership"

Sorry man...I guess I just get caught responding to the negative comments more than the positive one...

OMG. "he wont need it untill March". So if I buy textile or armor vest for summer use then you don't need to ship untill April. . I always buy jackets (regular warm jacket) on summer when it's onsale (cheap) and save for winter.

Dude I'm with you on this one, I think your system is flawed but you weren't out to scam anyone here. The dude said he was in no hurry, by all means he should be updated and following up with you to make sure your completing your half of the transaction. I don't know how nobody's seeing this from your view, like I said obviously your methods aren't the best/most efficient but you still had good intentions throughout the catastrophe. If dude(and apparently everyone else that feels like they're directly involved) wanted prompt and up to date transaction management, then they should've bought direct from a retailer. Instead of throwing a bitch fit because things weren't perfectly smooth, I'll say it again..no one came out at a loss here(except your phone) so why waste the argument
