helmet sizing..

ive got a question maybe some people can help me.. im thinking of getting me a shoei helmet but dont know what size i would need to fit.. i wear a LARGE on the icon airframe helmets, my friends that was wearing MEDIUM icon helmets are using SMALL on shoei.. i went to my local stores to see if they have size but its all xxl xl and small help?

It all depends on your head shape. I wear a Medium Icon Airframe and a Medium Shoei rf-1100.

Medium Shoei is perfect for me. My icon domain 2 was a size large gor comparison.

I believe your friend is right at least i've heard that icon tends to run big my icon alliance was a large and my shoei x-11 arai corsair V are both medium

yeah i want to get something that will fit properly but would like to know more info since theres no places that really carry shoei around here..

if cycle gear doesn't have it i would be surprised

the next place to try would be BMW at hwy 10 and loop 820 - hurst

get your size, then you know what to order!!!!

if you're not riding you're wasting ride time!!!

my first 2 helmets were hjc. one was a cl14 xl and fit great. another was a cl15 had to get a large. my scorpion is an xl and fits snug. i used to wear a kbc and also xl. shoei is an xl too.

thats what im trying to figure out sir! the closest place is in Houston which is 2 hours away, but i work 6 days a week and they are closed on sundays so im outta luck....
