Hafizh Syahrin #86 riding for the Petronas this kid is aggressive, brave, fearless, he is a fighter!!! He had me at the edge of my seat watching him race. He is good! On his 2nd wild card entry he set the fastest lap 3 times (in one of those laps he set the fastest laps of 1 second over everyone elses pace) , led the race, he was battling w/ top guys for the lead in the front. Not before battling his way to the front in so many impressive ways from 27th place in the 9th row! He is so aggressive, fearless on the brakes and passing other guys he doesnt back down or needs any invitation to pass anyone in the corner.
He was battling w/ Anthony West (MotoGP, and known wet weather riding specialist) , Thomas Luthi, Alex DiAngelis, Scott Redding i think and a few more. These guys are good and got their butt handed to them by this kid on his 2nd wildcard apparience. He didnt look like a wildcard rider. He really was something watching him race.
He led the race for a while.... and even began to pull a gap on this guys. I have no doubt he would have won the race if not for the rain and loosing rear tire grip.
If this kid really rides like this every single race. I would love to see him in MotoGP. He is interesting and fun to watch. He had me at the edge of my seat watching the Malaysian Grand Prix race
I hope the link/video work.
