ROSSI or Lorenzo 2013 M1 battle?

I like that he said he is happy w/ the bike and that nothing has changed w/ the bike other then increased in power. Rossi was menacing in the M1!! now Jorge has had more time and currently won races on it and Championships. He is going to be a real tough opponent. plus i really think Rossi is going to want to prove he is better on the M1.

2013 MotoGP it's going to be a great year! I cant wait for all the future battles w/ Dani, Marquez, Bradl, and specially w/ Jorge. Too bad Casey wont be there.

Who do you think is going to come on top in a race battle ROSSI or JORGE? And Why?

Yamaha has said before their priority is Jorge. I wonder if Rossi will be given fair treatment? What do you guys think?

I think Marc Marquez is the new, dare I say even better Valentino Rossi, for this generation. I think this kid is going to surprise the shi* out of everyone. Last on the grid to a win at Valencia, who the eff has ever done that!?

I think Lorenzo will be ahead of Rossi. But I will be rooting for Rossi since Casey has retired and with the passing of Marco... really don't have a true favorite yet.

I agree about keeping an eye on Marquez, I too think he is going to surprise a lot of people. However, I actually think/hope that 2013 is going to be the year Pedrosa finally wins a championship. He had a real shot this season and had he not been knocked out of a couple of races, he would have put a lot of pressure on Lorenzo.

But to stay on topic, I would have to agree that the safe money is on Lorenzo over Rossi in 2013. Lorenzo has been riding that Yamaha like Iceman from Top Gun. Make a mistake and he is going to beat you with consistency. I think Rossi will be hungry to prove that the Ducati was the problem and not his skill fading. I am not sure what I think about that, but it is most likely a bit of both. I am excited to see Rossi out there trying to prove to the world that he still has what it takes to challenge for the championship.

Regardless, 2013 looks to be one of the more exciting seasons of late, but we will see how it shakes out next year.

Motogp bike , period!!!! For the record Stoner was the guy better than Rossi. I know Marquez is really good. But I'm not convinced he is at Rossi, lorenzo or Stoners level.

i agree Lorenzo has gotten surgical w/ the M1 and might be the ovbious choise. Im a Rossi fan. i dont dismiss Rossi he has heart and will fight when the time comes. He's a smart man. Other then Stoner Rossi pretty much always won in a battle on a competitive bike.. Ducati was he's worse mistake.

I see most dont mention Dani. I know Marquez will be a huge threat on a Factory bike. Are you guys dismissing Dani? And Dani over Marquez?

This 2012 year IMHO finally Dani became the rider he should have become years ago. What do i mean. This year he was really something. He was aggressive! Engaged in really thrilling battles and wouldnt back off. That wasnt really Dani before. He's riding was just completely different. He was more relentless, just more agressive but w/ precision!

How about Stefan Bradl? i know next year will be he's 2nd year in MotoGP. I also think this is another guy to watch.. he's been pretty close to the front the entire year. Fighting for 3-4-5-6-7 places. i dont doubt he will win his first reace next year.
