Replace with OEM or splurge on the slipper clutch....
These things are commonly weight balanced, so if the weight diffo of that tab being broken off is enough, it will cause vibration/damage to the engine internals....for instance the bearings & other parts of the rotating assembly. Sorta like a ceiling fan that has one heavier blade.
I wouldn't let this go on for much longer if I were you.
