The PAIR system must be disabled for a dyno-tune. Once the tune is loaded, then the PAIR system can be enabled.
Since the auto-tune is continuously using the the exhaust oxygen content as an input, and the PAIR system artificially changes the oxygen content of the exhaust, you cannot have a functioning PAIR system and use the auto-tune at the same time.
Well you CAN use both at the same time, though your AFR will be screwed up. "Garbage in, garbage out".
