Ok you need to start trouble shooting to eliminate possible causes.
Without troubleshooting it's just anybodies scientific wild ass guess as to what the problem is.
Put a meter on the battery and make sure the bike is charging correctly, if yes move on,
if not further trouble shooting on the charging system will be necessary.
Have the battery load tested, even if its been on a charger and showing fully charged it could still be bad.
Check your air filters, clean or replace depending on if your filters are reusable or not
Spark plugs should be inspected at 16K and replaced at 32K
So with 15k on the clock you're just about due for an inspection.
Now if I was going in that deep I would just put a new set of plugs in, not hard to change the plugs
just a pain to get to them.
Valve inspection is at 16K as well so while you're in there you might as well
check the valve clearance.
Here's a link for a tutorial on the throttle position reset
I wasn't clear if you had done this when installing the PC or you were not sure what what I was talking about.
Tutorial runs slow so give it time

You could also try reloading the map or try the zero map and see if that makes any difference
before you start taking things apart
