Lol I was told today that my bike is finished I just need my fairings put on... And Honda will be closed till Friday!!! Wtf you lazy turds put my shit back on!! Fml

Well it seems like my bike could be done today and I get a phone call saying they need to charge me for gas to test ride the bike, synthetic oil because Honda only pays for regular, and I need a new battery because mine now has 0 battery health but worked perfectly fine when I dropped it off. I can understand paying an up charge for synthetic oil and maybe a gallon of gas but how should I go about the battery situation? Its going to be at least $100 for a new battery, that prior to this service was working as expected, I've spoken with the manager before this day and he seems like the type to not go out of his way to make things right. There are also numerous reviews against their service department that I did not discover until today. Any ideas on what I should do?

If u need a new battery, go there have them start the bike in front of you with the old battery first

Yeah I told them to leave the original one in there. They wanted to charge me $160 for a new one, if that's the case I would save a couple bucks and get a better shorai.

Who are you guys dealing with for dealers? Good ones don't pull shit like that. My crank and ring recall was done in 2 weeks shipped and complete.
