I picked it up today. After a call to Kelly she had a talk with the dealer and they put a new battery in my bike free of charge. And I am also the proud owner of a front center with a 3 inch scratch along the side. When I brought it to their attention they said there weren't working near the front of the bike. Luckily I took pictures of everything the day I gave them my bike which showed there was no scratch, but of course like the reviews online they denied everything. I will also have to rerun the clutch cable myself because now I can't turn lock to lock and I will never bring any business to them ever again. If you are in central Florida I am just informing you to stay away from Seminole power sports...or you can try your luck with them.

On the bright side the bike is sooo much more quiet and runs great from my trip home.

Call Honda and ask to get in touch with Denny Ray. He's the Service Manager for Honda in that region. Seminole sucks since one of their best guys went Bombardier corporate.

I'm trying to find a way to get in touch with Kirby Mullins because he is the top of the chain and owner of SPS, but there's no contact number or email for him anywhere. Kelly from Honda said there's nothing she can do since she is not a part of the company doing the service. Therefor I would be stuck trying to go straight through Seminole to try and get this resolved instead of Honda.

8667841870 Honda USA call them about the battery. And Honda Yamaha of Panama city. I was expecting about 6 weeks from what others said. There was a 2 week wait bc the shop was super busy, it would have been just 3 weeks if not
