So last Fall I got a new exhaust and tune from a local shop, that had good reviews from people in our area. when i first started riding my bike before the tune, it had enough power that i didn't need to give it gas to let out the clutch and start moving. After the tune the bike has no power under 2k rpm's. but above that it runs like a champ. I have done the flapper mod, but that didn't seem to help much. is there something the tuner missed when he tuned my bike? he said he didn't touch the mapping that low, and im like, but you took out the exhaust that had the back pressure flap in it, something should of been changed? he is willing to look at it more and try to fix it, but i kinda get the impression he thinks it is all in my head and or, i just need to keep it above 2k rpms.
on a side note, he was very informative on other stuff and when they did my front springs and the seals started leaking even though they didn't touch the seals, he replaced the seals at no cost to me.
I have read quite a few of the articles here, but i'm not sure what to search for for this issue. if there is a tread on this, please point it out and i will read it.
