I've heard the 55's turn in way better
I've just began running 190/55 (based on countless reviews) and they definitely tip over quicker. I am able to flick the bike from side to side with less effort now.

KevinT707,
When you installed 190/55, can you tell your bike height increased?
Do you need adjust rear suspension?

I find that the 2016 model turns nearly but itself even with the 190/50 rear tyre.
They are such a sweet handling bike stock that I can't imagine it needing a 55 series rear tyre.

You shouldn't have to adjust your suspension, the increase in sidewall height on the 190/55 isn't enough to make that much of a difference for everyday street riding, and even leisure trackdays. Of course, when you're speaking on a professional level, like for instance MotoGP, then even the slightest change can difference. Here's and excellent thread on the topic of tire size .... http://www.1000rr.net/forums/showthread.php?t=46188

I can tell because my feet aren't as planted when I am stopped but I'm not skilled enough on the track to need additional suspension adjustments based on tire height.
