Newbie here. Owned a few Yamaha R1s looking to move into the Honda side. Excited to get back onto a liter bike again. Been a bit over a year since I sold my 07 and 13 R1s.
Welcome. What's the low temp looking like lately in AZ? I can't imagine sitting on the black seat after the bike sat outside for any duration in the summer. My boys would be melted right to my leg.
Welcome to the forum. Now go out and get some good pictures of your bike on South Mountain, or Tortilla Flats.
I used to ride Tortilla Flats every weekend when I lived there.
Welcome to Arizona.
Of course some are not aware that not all of Arizona is Desert. I live in Northern Arizona at 7,000 feet in the largest Ponderosa Pine Forest in the world. We've had snow and single digits at night.
But in the Summer when it is way too hot in Phoenix, it's real nice in Flagstaff.
Next Summer come on up to the cool country for a ride. It should be real nice down in Phoenix now.
Is Snowbowl still a pretty nice ride? I went to college up there years ago and we used to go to the top of the mountain when we'd get a spare afternoon.
True, not all AZ is desert... just the only part that matters.
