What did you replace it with?

My lever goes soft after sitting a couple days too. I assume the MC needs to be bled and since I'm not riding it yet, I'd put off doing it. I plan to get to it tonight so I can ride tomorrow.

OEM parts. I just looked at the graphs on the OEM websites and got what I needed. I think it was only about 40$ to get what I needed. It was one of things that would have went faster but it was my first time doing it. In mine the return spring was jammed all the way down. The actual cylinder wouldn't rise back up. Once I took the master cylinder apart it was clear what was broken.

My bad, you said rebuild and I was thinking replace. There was one guy who went aftermarket when his died and another who replaced with OEM when his died.

Thanks guys, I wonder if I am boned for a master cylinder I don't think brembo would warranty it at this point its been 3-4 years.
Ill contact them and see if they rebuild them.
After I bleed it of course

I just bled my MC last night; saw a couple bubbles. Lever pressure is nice and firm now. I will see if it's the same after a couple days.
