Sorry to hear about your electrical gremlins, but trust me, you will want to investigate your wiring and find out why the fuse keeps blowing.
It could be something as simple as a frayed or pinched wire (especially when aftermarket goodies such as new turn signals or if a rear fender eliminator/integrated tail light has been installed) or any other type of electrical work has been performed (alarm system, etc). There's a chance the previous owner/shop did shoddy work and a loose connection/grounded connection is all it takes to blow a fuse...
If you are not comfortable poking around with the wiring, have a friend (who knows what they are doing) or a trusted bike mechanic look into it - g'luck!
