Questions about FG43s

I recently purchased some third-hand FG43-4790-01s, for my '07, that were originally purchased for an '04.

1. As I have OZ wheels, the spacer (#01691-03) supplied is no good. Anyone have a good source for the correct spacer?

2. I don't have the o-ring and plug that go in the right-hand fork leg (part numbers 4722-03, and 1691-05. Do I need to order these through an official Ohlins dealer?

3. I don't have any specific install or setup instructions. I have found some generic setup instructions online, but no install instructions. Specifically, all the torque settings for the upper, lower triple-tree clamps, the clip-ons, the axle clamps, and the caliper mounting brackets. I read the LDH/Rogue Racing link in regards to amount of fork rings showing, but was wondering if the 15mm measurement was from the top of the fork cap or just the top of the leg itself. Anyone able to help?

Thanks.

pm member 'repsolguy'. He has answered questions for me, and also made spacers for guys in the past. I see you are in NZ so not sure on the ordering side of things for you.

Okay, I sussed out the spacer, and I'm having it made at the moment, but the left plug #1691-05 is unavailable ex-Stockholm. Does anyone have a set of these forks who could measure up the plug, so I can get that made as well?
