Ordered my shinko advance radial front tire today

It looks like it has nice tread on it. Anybody got any 1st hand experience with them?

So you bought a tire just because you thought the tread was cool?
1.) I would never buy anything without doing research on it first.
2.) If someone gave me a free set of Shinkos I still wouldn't put them on my bike.

Shinko is cheap tire that is very good for drag racing.
I was planning to get that for my bike, but i am so glad that i got the michelins pilot power.

Doesn't Yokohama own Shinko and aren't they now making a more sport based tire? They don't have the greatest reputation, but Yokohama knows a thing or two about making great tires and hopefully they will soon apply it to the Shinko brand.

Yeah pretty much ordered it because of the tread, I read the reviews and no One had anything bad to say. The tread looked a good street tire. What else are u supposed to look for?

Shinkos always outlast the bike! AKA slickhos. I would not ever put those on anything.
