That is the R&G Racing Tail Tidy kit. It makes use of the stock indicators, which was one of the reasons why I bought it.

Here is the link to the 2012 kit, but they make them for other years.

Yeah I hear that, I was like "Is this it?" when I got it. I mean it does come with the LED plate light and all the wiring, but they are making a nice profit on that piece. If I was going to do it all over again I'd probably go elsewhere based on the price. Other than that, it functions great.
