2013 stuttering

2013 cbr1000rr 29k miles,
I went on a group ride one weekend and it ran fine, the next weekend, after 10 minutes of riding it started stuttering under any acceleration in any gear. my friend and i got gas from the same pump on the same day and his was running fine, so i am not thinking bad gas. I took it for a second ride and it ran great for 10 minutes hitting triple digits. after 10 minutes started stuttering again. it will maintain speed with only a few stutters here and there.

From the research i had done, it sounded to me like my secondary injectors are not working? then someone told me that coils can fail after they reach operating temperatures so i replaced my coils, spark plugs and air filter. with no change. first time changing the plugs so i figured they where due. So now i am back in injectors, but wanted to get some feed back before i start in on that.

in this video, it stutters at 7k and then really bad at 8k and above, before this ride it was stuttering under any hard acceleration after 10 minutes of riding.

Any additions like Power Commander, Quickshifter?

If I had to guess I would say it is most likely a fueling issue - either a pinched line or something with the fuel pump (filter clogged or failing pump/regulator). Seems like there are a lot of forum posts out there about ~20k mile bikes with a similar issue. Here is one from a 600rr forum and all the issues seem to be fuel pump related except one that was a voltage regulator: https://www.600rr.net/vb/62-troubles...-high-rpm.html

Replaced the fuel pump today and that wasn't it, not a pinched line i don't think,. i have checked them a few times when it first started happening, the first post i read asked if the tank had been removed. plus side found a 2013 engine with 1200 Miles for $1500, guessing that is a good price? will pop the gas tank tomorrow and remove the air filter and i think i can see if the secondary injectors are all spraying?

So today i popped the air filter up enough that i can see, and rev'd the engine to 9k rpm's and no secondary injectors are sending fuel, would they all go bad at once? i do still need to check that they are getting power and what not, but not sure where to start on that. will be researching some. if anyone has good links that would be great.

Tell me, on models 08-11, the fuel pump filter can be simply changed or only needed with the new pump?

It's integrated into the pump, it's more of a screen.
